I attended Claire’s thematic analysis masterclass and found it incredibly helpful. I plan to use thematic analysis throughout my PhD. I quickly realised how valuable the additional training was, as I had not fully grasped the key concepts as well as I had originally thought. This masterclass was well structured and clearly explained with many helpful analogies throughout, and I would recommend it to everyone pursuing qualitative research. I can now walk into my confirmation of candidature presentation with a much clearer understanding of my planned methods.
